    简介:【目的】为了获得沙田柚×枸橼杂交苗,【方法】以沙田柚为母本,枸橼为父本进行杂交育种,利用胚抢救技术获得杂种后代,并利用SRAP分子标记对亲本和子代的DNA进行扩增,分析亲本与杂交种之间扩增条带的差异。【结果】结果表明,最终获得27株杂交后代,引物组合Me6-Em5和Me10-Em12可鉴定其中5株为有性后代。【结论】MT+GA3(1 mg.L-1)培养基适合沙田柚×枸橼杂交胚抢救,利用SRAP标记可鉴定出杂交子代,可为以后利用BSA法构建抗感病池寻找柑橘...
