    简介:噻苯隆(Thidiazuron,TDZ)是一类人工合成的苯基脲衍生物,广泛用于多种植物的组织培养。本文以椪柑胚性愈伤组织和球形胚状体为试材,研究了不同浓度TDZ对柑橘胚性愈伤组织增殖与胚状体发育的影响;在此基础上,研究了TDZ对12种柑橘胚性愈伤组织转化的影响。结果表明,培养基中添加较低浓度的TDZ可促进椪柑胚性愈伤组织的增殖,以0.4mg/L为最佳,超过该浓度则起抑制作用。单独使用TDZ不能促进该品种体胚的发生与再分化,但可促进胚状体体积的...
