    简介:原生质体操作技术在柑橘育种实践中具有较重要的理论意义和广阔的应用前景。作者过去3年开展了有关研究,现总结如下: 1、绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)等基因转入柑橘原生质体的研究以胚性愈伤组织原生质体为受体,以GFP为标记,采用PEG法,开展了抗溃疡病基因的转化研究,已获得哈姆林甜橙、Murcott橘橙等品种的转基因植株。以上种类、品种,采用根癌农杆菌介导法将较难成功。转拟南芥AP1开花调节基因已获得一批小植株。
